Kings School Grantham

The Kings School Grantham is an all boys grammar school in Lincolnshire proud of its sporting heritage and training facilities. As a long term client of Fineturf we have undertaken numerous projects on the schools playing field as well as supplying amenity products and lawnmower service and maintenance.

This autumn we renovated the schools 4 match cricket strips. The existing surface was removed using a Koro Field Top Maker. 10 tonnes of loam was applied and lightly ameliorated into the surface. The wickets were then prepped using a pedestrian stone rake. Finally, we applied a 6:5:18 fertiliser and MM50 cricket seed.
